Yokohama

Yokohama has tasty and quick food, with very friendly staff members. Our only regret is not trying this place sooner.

Some people rate this place as if its a 5 star restaurant that failed their expectations. Its ridiculous.
For the price, the quick service and the awesome staff, its an amazing choice.
We tried for the first time tonight and i cant wait to go back and get more.

Picked this place because it was close. I truly wish I hadn't. Service was quick and the food is cheap, but it's cheap for a reason.

Had spicy squid, spring rolls and hibachi scallops. The squid was passable, no issues there. However, they hadn't even attempted to make the spring rolls appear fresh. The wraps were hard as a rock, had started to burn and there was very little filling. They were also perfectly uniform, giving the impression that they were not made in house and were cooked earlier and oven heated at order.

The killer here was the entrée. Not only did the rice have an odd, off-putting flavor, but the sauce was aggressively and unpleasantly tangy. The scallops were either Patagonian and had been flattened or they were standard scallops that had been sliced into smaller pieces. They were properly cooked, but that's not difficult when they're paper thin.

Service was good. My glass was never empty and finished dishes were promptly removed. Still, I can't recommend highly enough that you go somewhere else.

Outstanding service! Scott is wonderful & provides great, individualized service. The food is always hot & fresh. Yokohama is our new Hendersonville favorite!

This place is awesome. Came here at 9:30 and we had the restaurant to ourselves. Fresh hot food and great fast service. Very friendly it was a great experience and the food was wonderful. Definitely coming back!
