    Service is always prompt and friendly. This Erwin McDonald's has an ongoing difficulty with the corporate app. I keep using the app to help them track and improve it.

    Freezing cold in the dining room. Thermostat must be stuck on "Arctic." Has been a problem here for the past couple of years. Still, three stars for the very nice employees.

    So, the McDonald's location in general isn't bad. I had a short time working here, and a few of the managers were total jerks to the employees, even shouting out loud to one of the employees so the entire restaurant could hear it, even in the lobby. If you're just wanting to stop here while driving through on I-26, please, continue to a better location in Johnson City or beyond. If you live in Erwin, then this is the only McDonald's. It is a popular hangout spot in town, though, for some locals.
