Applebee's Grill + Bar

Took awhile to get alcoholic beverages and the nachos tasted like someone added way too much salt and the neighborhood nachos seemed like they sat for a while before being brought to our table. They were stuck together and difficult to take just one chip. And lots of of small pieces of chips. Normally we have a better experience here.

No fault of waitresses, food overcooked. She tried to make a bad situation, better. IN FACT, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISMMMMMM. We didn't bother to complain. No time to wait for re- cook or the extra breath to wait on manager too COMPLAIN!

Good service. Steak was tough and not cooked as ordered. Long wait time. Even though I didn't complain the shift manager discounted check. Just needs a cook to be a good restaurant.

I received a gift card when I moved into my apartment so I of course had to give them another try as I haven't eaten here in 10 or so years. I chose to order online, pick up and pay in person as I had 2 forms of payment. I enjoyed that the order pickup was parallel parking spaces next to the sidewalk allowing you to have separate access from everyone else parking and being closer to the building so that the person bringing your food doesn't have to walk so far. The employee was very nice to me, quickly brought my food and made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I had remembered that employee for them to be recommended as they made my experience with order pick up very enjoyable. On another note; our food was warm, our order was correct and the price was right.
