(June 23, 2019, 12:09 am)Never had a bad experience here. Food is always hot, I love their ice, drink options are great and Happy Hour is a blast! Their carhoppers are so sweet! Always somebody walking around asking if you need sauces too.
They keep their outdoor area maintained, and the wait times for orders are usually less than 5 minutes in my experience.
Last night there was a big storm. I went today to get a drink, and used the app online so I could get it half-off. It said my card was declined, although I got notifications from my cardholder that the payment went through. I let them know immediately what happened, and they sent a manager out to talk to me. He explained so kindly that the storm had caused issues with their location and the app, but he would give me my order ASAP! So nice!
