Fox's Pizza Den Johnson City TN

Last order Driver was 30 minutes late and the food was barely warm. I've ordered from here numerous times in hopes of improvement, but it's always either the driver (not by 5 minutes but usually 15+) is late or something wrong with the order (i.e. expired drinks, something left on when requested it be removed like onions).

While they've made some improvements and are usually quick on customer recovery by offering recompense, last night's order was it for me. My orders with this company go well into the double digits as well. The food is tasty if you're willing to gamble. Best bet is to pick it up yourself. If ordering out, go with one of the main streams.

I work at Allied Metals and Fox's Pizza Den is the only pizza place that falls in the delivery radius of where I work so I eat them very frequently. That is a great thing though because Foxes has one of the best if not the best pizzas going in Johnson City right now. I've not got a very big palette so I don't eat very many varying things (that's means I'm very picky with food and hard to please) but I have tried their hoagies and they are equally delicious. Also their drivers are very friendly and it's always a pleasure to speak with those guys and gals. They also have without a doubt the most user-friendly easy to understand website are all of the food industry! It is incredibly intuitive and a pleasure to use. All in all it's a top-notch pizza parlor on all fronts with great food and even better people making it! I just don't feel like I've said enough good things about them, the negative reviews that you read, especially the one about wanting them to risk their driver's lives to deliver in a blizzard so they didn't have to risk theirs, yeah don't let these reviews discourage you. Some people just don't have social skills and place the blame of their social awkwardness on someone else. That negativity comes from the reviewers and I can assure you that the guys and gals at Fox's did everything they could to make each one of those people as happy as they could. Take my advice and give them a try you won't regret it!

Best pizza in town! No more Dominos or Pizza Hut for us since we've discovered Fox's. Fast delivery, friendly service, good prices, lots of size options from personal size to 'The Big One'. And most importantly delicious pizza. Thanks Fox's!

I've never been unhappy with anything I've gotten from this location. When my wife and I were dating, her apartment was less than a mile away. Since getting married, we've moved a bit away from the area. Tonight, we had our first pizza from here in over a year. It's just as good as it's always been. We love you guys!
