It was okay tonight. My steak wasn't cooked like I ordered. Way to rare. My salad dressing was just a bit spicy. It was ranch so spicy wasn't expected otherwise the salad was fresh. The poor bread was more of a brick than bread. Service was fine

My family and I don't normally go to this Outback, due to us being locals from Virginia. We generally go to the Bristol Outback, however, due to overcrowding issues, we went to this one instead. We had around an hour and fifteen minute wait, around fifteen minutes less than Bristol's. After being seated, the hospitality, the food and drink, to the service were almost the same, being perfect. This was a great experience, and in the future will be coming back.

Food was hot and fresh. Prime rib was tender and flavorful. Waiter was attentive. General manager checked on twice. The only downside was we had to wait about 52 minutes for our main course. That's too long.

We don't get to go to Outback often but we've always had a good experience. Our food came hot and cooked to order. Our waiter, Nick, was very cheerful and accommodating, making sure we were satisfied with our food and if we needed refills. always love the atmosphere if Outback. The bathrooms we're neat and clean.
