    This was overall a good dining experience. What I consider quality "chain restaurant" Mexican food. Service was good. This is not however a good place to visit during the Sunday crowd after church, as seating can be difficult. I still believe if you want more authentic or handcrafted Mexican meals you should try Mi Casita in Humboldt Tennessee.

    I LOVE coming in for the service and food. ALL of the workers there are excellent. EXCEPT ONE, the lady usually working the register. She is the absolute rudest

    We used to live in Southern California so we’re used to good traditional Mexican cuisine. Los Portales does Tex-Mex and traditional Mexican food really well. Los Portales has a casual atmosphere and is very clean. The staff and customer service are out of this world. Fast, friendly, and generous portions. If you like Mexican Food at all you’ll love Los Portales.
