Wow, I have never been treated so great at a restaurant. A young man named Liam who works at the Franklin store absolutely went above and beyond in serving my fiancé and I. Our chicken came out without sauce on one of our orders and we had never been there before so we would never have known. But Liam came out and made us aware of the issue and to be honest good food is good food so we didn't care one bit because it was still great. A few minutes later he Brought out an entirely new order made the right way. He was constantly serving us the entire time with a sense that he actually cared about our experience there. Being that this was our first time attending this restaurant, we will absolutely be continuing to come back thanks to your Liam and your staff!
I LOVE this place! I would put the hot chicken tacos on my list of favorite foods ever. I can’t comment on anything else, because I can’t bring myself to not order the tacos. My wife had the catfish and she like that a lot too. I do want to try a shrimp burger one day. Please open one in Spring Hill.
Best hit chicken I town IMO. I'm a chicken tender guy and these are the best around. Great atmosphere and always seems to be crowded because they are that good. Chicken and waffles are great. Catfish is great. Fries are so so. Definitely recommend trying the Rambo if you like hot spices and Stop Drop and Roll if you want more flavor and less heat. Be sure to ask for some Ghost pepper mayo.
We really love Big Shakes. My wife loves their catfish platter, and I love their fried chicken. They have five different levels of heat in their deep fried batter. My favorite is called Stop, Drop, and Roll. It is just hot enough to loosen up your sinuses, but not overwhelm the taste of the chicken. We haven't tried their famous Shrimp burger yet, but plan to on our next stop.
This places servings are giant for the family meals. And it's customer service is good. The pricing is pretty good a bit pricey but for a family it's good. The actual quality of the food is really good and fresh and is like if you made it at home. It's fantastic the only occasional downside is sometimes there can be a wait for a while but it's worth the wait.
