As a customer of Captain D's I love it, the food is amazing and the staff at this particular location is always smiling and friendly. I ate here today and as always the food was hot, the portions were just right and the sweet tea was so good it'd put you into a diabetic coma if you had too much.
This restaurant and it's bathroom are always clean and the front cashier is always smiling and helps convey a sense of "we're glad to have you."
The flip side to this.... As a person contracted by Captain D's to deliver the product it sells to this location I couldn't be more unimpressed. The staff is always in a general mood of "I don't want to have to deal with this right now" and for some reason they always seem to schedule someone who tries to get out of taking their delivery everytime it shows up.. on the same day around the same time every week. It's absolutely mind boggling to me.
Place is always clean. Staff is super friendly. Love that the wait isn't long and they give a military discount. Brandi Iglesias is so sweet and you can tell that she wants her guest to have a great experience when in the store. You can also tell that the staff works as a team and wants every order to be good hot fresh and exactly what you ordered. They take into consideration for people who have allergies. Store is always clean. Robert Riggins is so helpful and really cares for his customers. Never had a bad experience when he and Brandi are working together. Best Captain D's around.
While traveling we stopped at this Captain D’s. The staff was wonderful in many ways. A young man came from behind the counter and opened the door for me and my mom (who was walking with a cane and holding my hand). They were very pleasant and checked on us often, but not too often to be invasive. They also helped with disposing of empty plates and trash. We highly commend the staff and recommend this restaurant.
We often come here on Sunday after church with my husband and 93 yr old mother-in-law. They have a great senior menu on Wednesdays and Sundays with a list of several great choices for $4.99, an entree, two sides, and a drink. We all order from the senior menu and have always been well pleased. It is the best value for the money anywhere in the Franklin/Brentwood area. The restaurant itself is always clean, and appears well managed, with friendly service.
