Chili's Grill & Bar

I am very pleased to rate a 5 star. Any time that I go to Chili's Grill & Bar. My most honest & sincere opinion. I've never had a bad experience. Especially at this particular location. It's very rare that my order gets messed up. But when that happens. They're usually pretty good about resolving the issue asap. Therefore I have no complaints. Customer Service is outstanding. Employees are amazingly awesome. Food is always fresh. Deals they have are the 3 for $10 or 2 for $25. The best time to go is after the lunch crowd. & before the dinner crowd. Say like between 4pm-5pm. I myself prefer the weekdays over the weekends instead. Surprisingly on a Sunday evening. It wasn't too busy at all. I will definitely be back for sure.

it was good, didnt had any issues. 4 stars because the server always forgot what i had specified him to, like i mentioned plastic spoons instead he brought the regular ones. and i mentioned glass of water without ice but he brought it with ice covering almost half of the glass. not sure if he forgot or didn't like to serve me.

Gr8 service and our waiter Liam was awesome. My food came out hot and the appetizer chips and salsa was so good. Everything was worth the visit again plus I was hungry. Will visit again!

Had not been to Chili's in 15-20 years. Have had good and bad experiences in the past. Went in to meet some friends for drinks and a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, on par with the best in cool springs. The food was tasty and happy hour drinks were a great value. Decor is exactly as I remember.
