Franklin Chop House

I don't know where to begin! Quick, friendly service, a very courteous waiter. The food was AMAZING! I used to live in Tennessee growing up and haven't been here in well, way too long. I wanted some good southern food and I got what I expected. The flavor was incredible, and my mouth wareeedwith every bite. I'm very satisfied! Keep up the good work y'all!

First time visit. Great food, but they were a bit short on help. We will definitely give them another try.

Was surprised how much we loved Franklin Chop House. Great menu and staff. Food was excellent, service was excellent as well. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing, even though being busy. Will add this to one of our go to's

Went for lunch approximately 11:50. Very busy but we were seated immediately. Food and service was outstanding!

We have been eating at Franklin Chop House regularly for seven years now, and in fact in 2012 had our wedding reception here on a Sunday afternoon. This place is very well managed and does a great job of training their servers. The food is consistently very good and reasonably priced. My go-to item on their menu is Chop House Pasta, and I always ask them to make it with Angel Hair pasta. This is truly a dish that's hard to beat. They also have one of the best Reuben sandwiches I know of anywhere. Other honorable mentions are ribs, meat loaf, pork chops, and their chips and salsa dish is exceptionally good. My wife likes their salmon. Good veggies as well. I don't know if they make their own salsa but it is delicious and always tastes fresh. They do make their own salad dressings and their thousand island is out of this world. On Sundays they have a brunch menu, and also a chalkboard with a daily special for every day of the week. As far as drinks go I would have to say their bar is just average, but most people come here for the food so if you are coming specifically for mixed drinks you might be disappointed. However, their wines and beers are good and one beer they do have on tap that is particularly note worthy is a 23 oz Good People IPA, which I have grown to like a lot and order every time as my beverage. You don't see Good People beer on tap at many places around here so that is a plus, and I attached a photo of the one I consumed on my last visit! This restaurant tries hard to please and my wife and I like to support this business.
