The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service was too tier and their recommendations were delightful and delicious. My family will be returning to make more purchases.
Great Cuban here, with excellent bread also. I’m down in South FL a lot, and this Cuban would rival anything you can get down there!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who clearly have a passion for cheese, much as I do.
WOW! So I walked by here assuming that it was just a cheese shop, right. But then the nice man behind the counter surprised us with a dine-in menu. We ordered a 2 meat/3 cheese charcuterie. We sat down in their small but clean and tastefully-decorated dining room. I was a little nervous because I love to eat but I don’t have a lot of fine cheese knowledge. That didn’t matter, because the nice man asked us a few questions about our preferences, and then brought us a gorgeous spread of meats, cheeses, onion jam, olives, tiny pickles, tiny toast, and even some gluten-free crackers for me. He then named and explained all of the cheeses and meats, like where they were made and some other details, like one of the cheeses was made in a grass basket in Spain or something. (I was listening, it was interesting! I just forgot the particulars) All of his choices were INCREDIBLE, there was nothing weird or gross (like goat cheese for example ew) and I enjoyed everything very much. I even took home some gruyere with crystallization that I was particularly fond of. This was a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone, whether you’re a fine dining expert, or just a podunk t-shirt wearer (like me) who is up for an adventure.
Greys is awesome. And staff are wonderful!
