Ground

This review is not for the 5 star taste of food, because my family and I love the burgers and veggie burgers here more than anything! This review is for the last 2 visits seeing the chef at the grill using the same gloves to handle raw burgers then turn to plate other food and mix the seasoning in the fries with the same gloves on. Please let the manager know in private if you see the same.

They make the best hamburgers, they are delicious. My husband said the french fries were excellent, perfectly sprinkled with salt. We have eaten at both the Cool Springs and the Main Street in Franklin. The food was identical between the two stores - great.

We all know that you can tell a good burger when you have to wipe the grease from your chin after every bite... and. this. is. it. Ground's menu is the perfect size with a "Create Your Own Section" should you choose, but why would you when every item seems specially curated and masterfully created just like the Specials that grace the chalkboard. Not a burger fan? Try the Shrimp Po Boy. Spiced to wake the senses with shrimp large enough to fill your belly. Drive out of the city now and eat here.

Ground has the best burgers!! You can really taste the burger that so often at other places the bun over powers the experience. Their fries are awesome as well! They have fantastic shakes, great sweet potato fries, and kids eat for free on Saturday with an Adult meal !!

I like to go to a place a couple times to get a read on their consistently. Ground didn’t disappoint. Their food is consistency good not only in flavor but temperature and time from order to delivery. This location is conveniently close to the Williamson county courthouse. So after you wait to get your plates renewed it’s a good place to stop and get something relatively inexpensive to eat. They have something for everyone on the menu as well.

Be warned however, there’s a maximum capacity of 40 inside and a few smaller tables outside. And the parking is relatively limited, but it’s well worth the stop. Especially if you can sneak in when it’s not super busy.
