McAlister's Deli

McAlister's Deli has some really good food and is very family friendly. I have ate at the Cool Springs location for 13+ years.

Saturday and Sunday between 11:30A and 2P can be busy at this location. Nighttime crowd can be hit or miss.

Cons: over the past 3 years this location has been in decline. By that I mean that it is often dirty, tables not bussed quickly, floors in need of sweep & mop, bathrooms without paper towels, and staff seeming apathetic. For instance we stopped in about 7p the last couple of Sunday nights and the place looked like a train wreck. They were either short staffed, or simply didn't care that a third of the tables needed to be cleared and the floors needed to be mopped. Either way, I am at the point that when my kids ask to go there, that I suggest we go elsewhere. In my opinion this location and the Moe's Southwest in the same strip center should be avoided until they can get their act together and have some self respect for their restaurant.

We love going to McAllisters! They are always fast, have never messed up our order, and the food hits the spot every time!

Fantastic place for a lunch salad/sandwich! Never had a bad meal yet.

Side note: You guys really need to get the older man of the register OR have another couple open during the busy lunch hours. Way to slow causing enormous lines. People only have 30-60 minutes for lunch and standing in line for 20 minutes is to long. Lots of people see that line and elect to eat elsewhere which is a shame because the food is excellent.

Fix that and you get 4.5-5 starts ????

Great experience at McAlister's today for lunch! Awesome food very friendly manager I had the grilled chicken club and my kids had mac and cheese and a cookie. 5 stars all the way around!

This place has sure stepped up its game. I dined here 4 years ago and did not return due to the poor service and lack of taste of food. My most recent visit was truly a great experience. The food was hot, the portions were reasonable, the service was quick. I will definitely return more often.
