O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Decide to give this restaurant a two or three my son and I both ordered the prime rib he ordered 12 oz I ordered eight when it arrived just after our appetizer and our drinks so we had everything on the table at once also the rolls he asked if his was a 12 oz where does said yes he said well that the steak on his place which came with my two sides looked smaller than the steak on my plate which had his two sides the girl who served it and the waiter really didn't care so we put both lights together and exchanged the two pieces of prime rib at first I thought it was going to be pretty good the potato was very good the prime rib could have been good I ordered medium-rare got well done and they empty the salt shaker on top of it I had a side of asparagus and extra cost it was cooked so much wasn't much left of it and also I got a lot of salt we even had a queso dip appetizer which also was salty so I would say the service was not professional and I would say the food would have been very good if the kitchen had cooked it properly

Service was so fast, and our server was so friendly. Food was incredible. My ribs were extremely tender, and my fiance loved his salmon. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

This is a conveniently located family restaurant, with good access and parking. The service is almost always excellent and the menu is very good. The cost for the food is reasonable. The restaurant is quiet, thus one can have a conversation during the meal. One word of caution: during rain or humid weather the floor is like an ice rink.

Casual. Good for appetizers and burgers and drinks. The dining room was fairly empty since we were very early for dinner — yet the booths and tables didn’t strike me as being very clean. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen appeared to be backed up (perhaps with to-go orders) since our orders took a little longer than normal for such a thin crowd. Food quality was ok for bar/pub food.
