Pizza Hut

I waited until I ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times as my experiences at another one was so bad. This is a really great store. Very quick and accurate service and the manager even talked to me a little and thanked me for using his store. Over multiple orders... the orders were made in the time promised and were accurate and tasted very good. They are also looking for good help so please consider if you need a job or are looking for great service.

Food is always fresh and delicious! Staff is always friendly when I show up to pick up my order.

Good food n all, delivery is a little slow, and I'm not a fan that you pay online with a credit card, then sign for more at the door. I don't know if that's like a hidden fee or what. I paid 30 some dollars, with tip to make an even $40, then signed for $40.35 at the door. Had happened multiple times.

Cooked to order is your wait time. The customer service from start to finish was very lighting and made the wait time feel better. Good Job gentleman. My lunch was very good. Sweet deal which made it taste even better.

I typically order online and pick up in store. The orders are made fast and the service is great! Definitely not the best pizza in Franklin, but you can’t beat it for the price.
