(October 3, 2019, 7:01 pm)Had a great lunch experience today! My waitress and her trainee work awesome! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five and that when my food came out not everything was warm. Other than that, it was wonderful! Will absolutely be coming back!!

(September 15, 2019, 1:15 am)This Red Lobster was awesome. Our server Kim was so very good and gracious. She was attentive and caring. I had the endless shrimp. It was excellent. The wife loved her chicken meal and we definitely went home stuffed. Thanks Kim. And to the staff for a wonderful evening out.

(August 11, 2019, 11:29 pm)We had dinner at the Red Lobster in Cool Springs this evening, a great meal as always. I've loved Red Lobster every since I was a kid. HOWEVER! Today's dining experience was made exceptional by our waitress. Lisa J was AWESOME, very friendly and extremely professional. Her attention to detail was spot on from the first hello right down to going over the final bill. Great conversation as well. Her level of service is definitely a model for all to follow.
