(August 14, 2019, 1:30 am)This is a different restaurant at the old address of Mysore Palace. I had driven 20 miles to treat myself to lunch, not knowing that it had changed. There were fewer items on the buffet and the taste was very ordinary. The naan was thin and charred. The former chef is now at Royal Indian Cuisine in Murfreesboro. I guess I will go back to Woodlands restaurant in Nashville. Their reviews are better lately and I won't have to drive 20 miles. I hope Saffron can improve over time.

(August 10, 2019, 7:47 pm)The tandoori chicken is amazing! I also loved the naan and the samosas. This is easily the best Indian food I've had in Franklin. I can't wait to go back and try the buffet!

(June 12, 2019, 2:16 am)Namaste! I have been to the Mysore Palace in India, and this restaurant is every bit as amazing as the palace, itself. As a red-blooded American, I was completely satisfied with their entirely meatless fare. The lunchtime buffet is diverse, colorful and delicious. Did I mention endless? Everyone in our party was stuffed to the gills, and happy. This is a must-experience adventure.
