This Starbucks is seriously the best in the country. CEO Howard Schultz should use this store as an example for all other stores across the globe. Also, the barista named Sage is so sweet and always has a smile on her face!

Just ordered my 3rd Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich in 2 days because they’re incredible! Coffee is good as well but that’s a given. The few times I’ve been through the drive-through I’ve always noticed how unbelievably friendly the entire staff is. We also love the free pup cups you give out as our dog loves them so much.

This was my second visit to this particular location. I've found the baristas to be very energetic & cheerful each morning that I've stopped in. It was a pleasant experience in all. Quick, personable service is what I've come to expect from this Cool Springs location.

This is my one of the favorite coffee shop in Franklin. This is just nearby my home about 2 miles. I like this place because it is neat and clean. I usually go with my family there. This is a great place to drink your favorite coffee. I had a great experience whenever I go there. They are offering various flavors to the customers which you know already. They have some good snacks as well. We can have some nice cakes in the morning.
This is place you can bring your children. I didn’t see they are offering any high chairs for children’s.
The parking has lot parking. You can park where you find a free space in front of the store.
They have facility in the outside of the coffee house. You can just sit and relax while you taste your coffee.
I would recommend this place for my friends, family and others as well.
The entrance has accessible for everyone. In fact, the car parking is also accessible to everyone.
The internet speed was great. You will get enough speed for surfing and watching you tube.
Drive in is fast and you will get your orders instantly.
