Steak 'n Shake

The service was exceptional. The burgers were received prompt and correct. My grandchildren enjoyed the wait on food by playing games from the kids menu. However I'm not crazy about their frys. They weren't that hot and I added ketchup but I believe the ketchup was soured. The server removed the bottle from our table. I would recommend for kids. Also the shakes were good and they had a nice variety to choose from

Always love me some stake and shake. I ordered my favorite, the Melt and a nice large chocolate malt, one of the best ever. But all the food is good, I just love the Melt.????

Food was great. They were very slow to seat me. Had to asked if I was going to be seated after standing there for 13 minutes when there were plenty of seats

Our waiter was so nice very nice and hospitable. They were short of help but we would have never known it. Our wait time being short handed was not even noticed, due to the fact that our waiter was so nice. I love his mannerisms, him being so apologetic and accommodating. I can't think of his name but he was a very handsome dark haired with an accent and when we left he said have a blessed night. And I loved that a very spiritual man.

Great spot to eat. NOW 24 hours due to the high demand because of ALL California neighbors moving to Tennessee. I highly recommend using their app. Food is hot and ready to go when YOU are ready on your time schedule. Great staff day or night also!
