I'll definitely be back. The service was great, the price was good, and the food was fine. Being from Texas, I have looked long and hard for some good Tex-Mex food here in middle Tennessee, but I have to say I still haven't found what I'm looking for. The salsa here is ok, but it's just tomatoes.... bland. The chimichangas were good, but the meat is barely seasoned. Here in Tennessee, the Mexican food is really bland, and who in the world grills tomatoes with the onion and peppers for fajitas? EVERYONE in TN does apparently, and all you get is the thin tomato skin. Off my Tennessee rant, and back to the review. I enjoyed the meal, and for the area, it's one of my favorites.

We were there until close and I have never seen such an in depth cleaning take place! Food, drinks and service was great! THE most clean restaurant I've ever seen! Will definitely be back!

Coming from San Diego, where I lived for the last 40 years, I'm on the hunt for good Mexican food. The last place I thought I would have found it would be a sit down restaurant. Bravo! The beans and fajitas are correct! Prices aren't too bad for this lovely place.

Trio's is consistently good. Everything I have had had been very good. Even though the service is a little slow at times I still have it 5 stars because the food makes up for the service.
Try to get there early because it's crowded most of the time. A 20 to 30 minute wait isn't uncommon.
A bonus on Tuesdays is the farmers market right across the street.
