What a great concept: fill your bowl with what you want and they cook it up for you! The pro tip: fill your bowl with as many meats as you can then put the veggies in with the sauces. Yummy!

I've eaten here multiple times since Bonfire Mongolian Grill has open and I always have a smile on my face and a full stomach when I leave. The food is great, service is quick, and atmosphere is friendly. Definitely recommend eating here if you're looking for something other than fast food in the Spring Hill area.

Okay so this was a hard one. The food was fantastic. Like really fantastic and the 2 cooks were great and friendly. However, the young lady at the front was awful! She was also not interested in working. The raw bar where you assemble the bowl for the cooks to grill for you was just gross. There was raw meat splattered all around the front of it. The girl was completely disinterested in explaining how the place works. The bathrooms were straight up disgusting. She came over and plopped my food down without a word and went back to standing around doing absolutely nothing. I mentioned the bathrooms to the cooks because I didn't even want to talk to her. They told her nicely about it and she was seriously mumbling and stomping around like my 14 yr old would if I told him to clean his room. I mean Wow. You guys need to hire someone that actually wants what looks like a pretty cool job. I mean there was only a few people there eating so that place should have been looking good but it definitely did not. She clearly has no interest in her job. Hire someone a little more mature. I've been in food service my whole life.I know what the job entails and she is not gonna provide it for you. So overall great food, great cooks, AWFUL front of house staff.

Good food. Good selection of ingredients. The place is fairly big, so even if there are a few people waiting in line, it feels pretty quiet when you're sitting down to eat.

The bowls look small, but don't let that deceive you. After you pile in your proteins and vegetables, you'll have a pretty full serving of food.

It's a great alternative to all the other fast food joints around.
