The brisket is amazing the pulled pork is great and the sides are delicious. I live an hour away and have to come here. By the way the chicken sandwiches are quite tasty

Brisket is the standard for measuring the pit master's skill. At Blue Moon it's tender, moist, just right. Generous portions, varied menu. The smothered nachos made it hard to jump the fence at the fair grounds across the road.

1st time here and I love it!!! Great food, I had the brisket n man it was sooo good, delicious n just fresh. Employees were great, very friendly attitude and just always a smile on them. It's a nice little place that has that mom n pop shop. Makes it feel cozy. Banana pudding is great!!

Stopped by here on my way up here to ohio for a place to eat. Meat was cooked to perfection. I've not had a brisket this good in years. Same with the chicken. Both were juicy and melted in my mouth. Sides weren't bad either. Very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of food. They do seem to run out of some item later in the day but it's probably due to them having to smoke their meat over night. They have a sign up saying as such. I've honestly paid a lot more for a lot less. Great portions. The theme seems to just be southern. But in a pleasant homely way. Like the kind of place you take your family after church. Very polite staff who seem to know exactly what they are doing. 10/10 stars. Could not recommend enough.
