Burkey's Diner & Drive - In

This is my second time visiting and this time was way different. Breakfast was great, however the service was awful. Our waitress actually got fired on shift. She just left with her notepad on the table. Didn't say anything, nothing. It took another waitress over ten minutes to ask if our order had been taken, which it hadn't. Once we were finally taken care of, the experience was fine. The omelette was a 5... Service, a 1 today unfortunately.

I saw the other reviews other customers posted. They are wrong! I found the place warm and inviting. Prices very reasonable. I had the chilli and wow. Very good. I will be coming back.

Not sure what happened between the previous posts and mine but our experience here was fantastic. First of all it is a short order diner and if you realize that going in you can order accordingly. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, I had a single burger and fries and 2 eggs with a biscuit. They serve breakfast all day and the biscuit was So good, flaky and light. The burger was excellent, it was very thin, but it cost $1.40 so it was well worth the price with plenty of toppings. Now the fries! They must’ve changed the recipe or cooking preparation from the other review, they were fresh cut, just crispy enough and salted perfectly. Service was good, place is open and clean. I will DEFINITELY come back.
