MAPCO Mart

I've tried to like this MAPCO but they just won't let me. Last week when I tried to buy gas, several pumps were closed and when I did find one that wasn't, it rejected my card. This same card is accepted all over middle Tennessee with out a problem. I went in to see the clerk who told me that my card was rejected. Not exactly news. She then wanted to know how much gas I wanted as she was going to use the same card inside. BTW, it worked inside. I told her I had planned to fill up but since neither of us knew what that was going to be, I just picked a number out of the air.
There were a number of other issues but since they also happened today, I'll just point out a few. 1) You can't read the first line on the display as it is hidden under the frame 2) You have to bend way over to read all screens 3) I decided to just put some gas in and go. The last digit on the price line was invisible. 4). I replied yes to get a receipt which I never got.
BTW, I had to look all over the place for the yes or no button as they were not immediately visible. Someone had written in a "Y" and an "N".
I admit I'm not the most patient person in the world but a bit of maintenance could really be a plus.

Great store!!! The staff so welcoming and friendly best coffee in town. Very clean store and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The chicken place is off the hook the guy who runs the kitchen can make some damn good chicken he’s the chicken master
