O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We went here early on a Friday afternoon before the happy hour Rush. We got seated really quickly and the seating was a great fit for us. The food came out timed perfectly and was tasty. Our waiter was a little bit overzealous with his service, but that's so much better than not having things you need when you need them. We'll be going back.

I had the prime rib. It was delicious. And and I got free dinner rolls. Fresh out the oven. Also, happy hour was the perfect fit for a hot Tennessee afternoon. ????✌

My visit yesterday evening at this location was perfect by far. It was my friend, her 2 year old, and myself, so we were probably not the easiest customers with being very needy, but every single employee that we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. As for our food all of it was perfect and we could have not been more satisfied!

Atmosphere and food was very good. The waitress wasn't very good. She took our drinks orders and where we were sitting, there was a counter along the wall, she brought them back to that point and set them down on it where she left them for 5-10 minutes until she came back to take our food order. She was very impersonal and rude. Two of the drinks were water with lemon. The ones that asked for the water asked for extra lemons, when the drinks were finally put on the table. When she brought them to the table, she sorta threw them down on the table. Then we were talking amongst ourselves, we asked for refills to include water. When she went to fill the glass with the pitcher, she reached across in front of the person and actually used the pitcher to push the person back to get to the glass.

Traveling and wanted a restaurant close to motel within walking distance. Friendly staff and great food selection. Loved the salmon and beer. Prices reasonable. Hotel not top of line but very reasonable price and clean.
