Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I asked for no seasoning on my fries and I got seasoning on my fries. I’m not a fan of seasoning. The tag on the bag even stated that there was no seasoning. I asked the lady that handed me the bag and she told me that there wasn’t any. I got to work and I opened my container and long and behold what did I find? seasoning on my fries!!!
I was not too happy about it

Food is fine. Service counter staff is not educated on the product they are selling. And Even more disappointing, may be trivial to some, if drink carrier’s are available. Make sure they can hold the large drinks that they are supposed to. Ended up with a passenger side seat and floor board full of a 32 ounce drink and almost had the second 32 ounce drink all in my lap. Been here a few times now. Just seems that they have a lot to get ironed out.

This was our first time going and we were not impressed. The location itself was fine, good location and it was clean and kept up well, though it's a newer location. The staff was also friendly.

Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food. First, we were told that we couldn't exchange fries for fried pickles in a combo. Usually this isn't an issue at other restaurants, even if you have to pay an upcharge but it wasn't that big of a deal. The fried pickles we did get, however, were cooked too long. The 5 hot wings I ordered were too small for the amount we paid, and the flavor was just OK.

We also got a chicken sandwich that was just ok.

I don't expect fast food to be amazing by any means, but not burnt and should be priced accordingly. We didn't feel like we got that here.
