Big Bad Wolf Smokehouse Grill

This was the first time I've ever been here. The roles were fantastic I loved my potato and the mac and cheese. The broccoli salad was unique and delicious and I would definitely get it again. However, my main dish which was recommended to me by my server, was the prime rib. It was well spelled and came out with a nice red center, however, it was very fatty probably a third of it was solid fat. I would not argue fat does add flavor, but when it's that much it's just chewy grossness that you have to avoid. My server asked how I liked it, I told her it was okay but extremely fatty. She did a say that she was sorry and that at least I was honest with her. However, there was no attempt to try to get a better cut or to get a little bit more that wasn't solid fat. So I ended up leaving a bit disappointed I will go again but I would not get the prime rib.

Please don't tell anyone else about this place! This is the best kept secret place to eat in Mt Juliet. Best brisket on the planet. Get the au gratin potatoes!!!

Go there several times a month. Owners are awesome people and the surround themselves with an exceptional staff. Food is ridiculous and no where in the greater Nashville area can you get more bang for your buck. Best in Nashville

Came to town to visit a friend, and stopped in for dinner. This was an amazing meal at a great price. I had the sliced brisket plate with Mac and cheese and baked beans. The brisket was delicious and prepared perfectly. My wife had the prime rib sandwich and loved it. The staff was great and friendly. Another really great part of our dinner was the price. Fed 4 adults with 3 boxes of leftovers for less than 75$. We’ll be back soon. Thank you for a great dinner.
