(September 15, 2019, 1:05 pm)El Rey Azteca is my preferred spot for Mexican food in Mt. Juliet. Food can be a great pleasure, and this is a place where that potential is met. The menu boasts a variety of options; if you're vegetarian, you can count on the veggie burrito to hit the spot, filled with fresh, not frozen, sauteed vegetables. They serve both light and dark Modelo draft; I love Modelo anyway, but the flavor from the tap is tremendous. The service is personable, the space is well kept. I look forward to trying something new each time I go, with the exception of dessert. If I'm ordering dessert, it's going to be their flan. There is something subtly different in their recipe and I'm in love with it.
