Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint

This place is to die for! I come from Kansas City, Missouri and we are known for some good BBQ and I'll tell you that this place just about beats most places up there. This is a very affordable place to eat at and get very good food. The fries are amazing and so are the beans. I highly recommend going here for anytime.

Come on!! Look at this feast! We ordered the Big Poppa. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. The sauce is so good that we had to buy some to bring back home with us. We're from the north and we have never had BBQ like this.

Hands down the best place to eat BBQ!! The brisket is so mouthwatering and the smoked wings are delicious. We love the food and the staff. We also love that this is one of the only places that give a military discount.

We made this a planned stop on the way south through Nashville to visit my parents. Martin's did not disappoint! My husband and I both had the Whole Hog sandwich, and it was amazing! Mac and cheese side and chips were yummy! Staff was patient with us newbies, and despite being just after the lunch rush, everything was clean and food was ready in a timely manner.

Somehow I ended up not paying for my meal, it was a crazy line and she never asked me for my card! I didn’t realize until after I was done eating and so I went up to pay, but they told me not to worry about it and that it was on the house!!!

AMAZING food. Brisket is delicious. Spectacular service, even for being so busy. Really cool southern feel vibes.
