“We have been going to Painturo's since the first one opened in Lebanon. It is fantastic food. I am taking away 1 star though because they never seem to drain their pasta enough after heating it up to serve. Between that, and giving way too low on the sauce to pasta ratio, you end up with more of a noodle soup than spaghetti. Everything else is amazing though.”

“This by far was the best manager....they were busy and a man walked in but was in a hurry it seemed. He wanted to skip everyone in line but the staff told him they had to go in order. He waited in line and ordered his food but after a few minutes he left the restaurant and took off walking down Lebanon rd. When they called his name, I looked around and no one was left in restaurant to pick up the food. I told the manager that a young man had just left on foot and showed her which direction he had gone. She picked up the bag, got into her car and left to find him! My daughter and I were finished and left also. A few minutes later I saw the man walk up to the managers car and she handed him the bag. She then turned around and when back to the store. The man continued down the road with a smile of gratitude. No other manager would care enough to take the time to do that! It's awesome to know some people still care about others. Also...we had something wrong with our order and the manager came out to us and corrected it herself. That is a business that people will go back too!”

I ordered the taco salad. The shell was cold and stale. The beef in my taco salad didn't have much flavor. Highly recommend the bologna sandwich if you like that stuff. The house salad was huge and full of cut up vegetables. Chicken sandwiches were all tasty and the fries are crisp and yummy. Will definitely be going there again.”
