Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The food was excellent. We both got top sirloin, a chef salad, and fries. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium. My only minor complaint was with our waiter. I think he was new because he delivered the food and asked if we need anything else, to which I replied, "Silverware probably would be helpful." I didn't want to make him feel bad so I said it with a wink and a smile. He also let our iced tea get almost empty so I had to flag him down to request a refill. Other than that, perfection. And reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Had 6 people to sit and we were still sat almost immediately. Atmosphere was sweet, serene, and not too loud. Waiter was attentive and made sure to visit periodically to help us out. The food was amazing and I'm still craving it! The sandwiches are to die for and the chicken strips aren't greasy whatsoever. Without a doubt visiting the next time I come to Lufkin.

The atmosphere was nice for a meal and conversation with friends or family. The food was well prepared and presentation was good. Basic food fair with some intriguing meals not seen at other generic restaurants. Something for everyone to eat that they will like.
