(March 30, 2019, 12:24 pm)The first time I went it was excellent. Great food and service. I went yesterday ordered carne asada with tomato onion amd extra jalepeno. Was not spicey at all. Even with salsa verde. Waitress took forever to get drinks and chips. Came to check on the meal when we where done. If i had not been before i would never go back.

The owner and her family that work there, are always very upbeat, professional, and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed. Quality, taste, and portions, are wonderful; and the prices are reasonable. Definitely highly recommend Topis for a great place to eat!
