Whataburger

People where nice and pleasant to talk to got my order in and proceeded to wait for it. 35 minutes later and still no food, while the group of people i came in with got their food ate it and left and more people came in and got their orders sone. Proceeded to ask for my money back and they gladly gave my refund. Must of been a single incident that night. I will wait to satisfy my hunger for whtaburger till next time!!

I usually do not write reviews, however, this Whataburger genuinely is unique in its pleasant staff. Ironically, since “pleasant” is in the name of the town, the management and staff at this location are kind, professional, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job and coworkers.

Being a native Texan and having been to literally Whataburger hundreds of times at dozens of locations, this store stood out dramatically. I write this review in the hopes that whoever works here knows their hard work and kind nature do not go unnoticed by the customers, and that management should be proud of the morale and cohesiveness they’ve cultivated.

Service was beyond excellent. Came on a tour ????. The service was fast, accurate, and friendly. Food was of course tasty.

Stopped in this morning after a work meeting and the power had been out so their registers were rebooting. Rather than have me wait or leave, my order was taken and my food was brought to my table hot and fresh with a big smile! ☺HOOAH OUTSTANDING customer service at it's BEST
