The burgers fries and shake were all great. Couldn't eat it all. Full full full. Nice folks too.
Consistently friendly staff as well as the food is extremely good.
Always enjoyed to small diner feel, although I do wish a small expansion would be ordered.
Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on certain days, but still worth it!
This is a Small Town Texas Eatery. They have a number of choices of burgers, sandwiches, and baskets such as a chicken finger basket or a steak finger basket. We purchased regular hamburgers with fries onion rings and an order of sweet potato fries. The fries were okay. I wouldn't call them great, but we're average. The sweet potato fries were also average. Both did the job as far as a side dish, but the real winner is there onion rings. They are well worth the money in the wait to get them. The burgers we're good and I would have them again. The chicken fingers were very good. I only had a bite of one but it was tasty and I could see myself ordering that in the future. On our next trip I will definitely try the malts. The Ambiance of the place really isn't anything special other than very few tables to sit at and so it can get busy. But they do have a patio area with quite a few tables that you can go out and sit right by the main thoroughfare. You can also get it to go as there is a nice park nearby that you can enjoy the meal. The service was average and the people there were helpful but they were young and we're doing the best they could. The overall experience was positive and I will definitely be back.
The atmosphere is half the experience! The food is good but the malts are awesome. I grew up with malt shops so it was a nostalgic evening of ice cream and memories. We will be back in the area in about 6 months and you can bet we stop in for a malt!
