McDonald's

I love McDonald's for all the great tasting meals they have... The prices on them are not too bad either. So give it a shot and enjoy McDonald's.

Quick stop for Coffee, Iced was good but before I left manager was very critical of cashier about how she rang it up and girl kept apologizing. I would not crititize my employee in front of my clients. Poor management practices.

It was clean and fast, and the girl at the register personally brewed us a fresh pot of coffee, and was very nice, and attentive, and kind. All for two simple coffees. I didn't catch her name, but she was younger, and had long dark hair, and was on the register at 7:45pm on 12/20/18. She is a gem, and a very sweet girl. She deserves a raise, please give her one.

They were obviously shorthanded! Cashier sent a family to the self service computer to order their food and then tried sending me too. However I refused to use a computer to place my order. I kindly told her I wanted customer service so she took my order at the register. At that time the family became irate. Long story short the young lady handled herself well and I was proud of her for the way she conducted herself so this rating isn't rating the service that I received as much as it is the restaurant as a whole. It was very chaotic. Other employees were complaining under their breath as I'm sure they were all stressed out. The line of us waiting for our food was long and so was the line of cars in the drive through. I most likely will not return to this location. My food was fresh and good but the wait and hostility was not worth it. Oh the hand dryer in either restroom was out of service.
