Trail Boss Steak and Grill

Nice place, done with respect of the building's heritage.
I had steak, Di had fish. Both (and the sides) were really good!
Service was excellent. Very enjoyable dining experience.
Trail Boss is a great addition to the Bandera restaurant scene.
We will go back...5 stars!

Nice bright interior. They look to be changing from their soft opening menu so a few things had to be explained to us by the server which would be on the new menu which was totally fine. Brussel Sprouts and fries were both fantastic. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Steaks were done exactly as asked. For a newer place that just opened our group was very happy.

Nice salmon dinner special, good portions, well prepared (fish not over cooked). Prompt service.
The dining room is one big space, very high ceiling, hard flat walls, noisy with a bar full of drinkers, way too much bright overhead lighting.

Delicious truffle fries and Peach Goat Cheese Pistachio green salad was amazing! Salmon add on to salad was full entree size and perfect. Service was friendly and efficient. So glad this restaurant has joined the 11th Street hospitality!!

OMG!! This place is AMAZING and so delicious! We had the tomahawk steak cooked medium, which came out perfect! It was so juicy n tender. We also had their bread pudding for dessert which was the best I've had since my mother made it growing up! We can't wait to go back!! Our waiter and the rest of staff are also really friendly n nice, give it a try, you definitely won't be disappointed! Another restaurant win for Bandera!!
