I am so proud to say I am part of this great place! I am so proud of you Giovanni. You put in so many hours everyday just so you can make sure Boudreaux’s continues to serve the community with the best quality of food and service! When we first started this journey we had no idea if the community would accept us and enjoy our food…the response from the community is overwhelming at times but we just keep putting one foot forward and we keep going. You are truly amazing to me! Thanks for letting me be by your side on this wonderful journey! I love you “G” And thank you to everybody that is supporting us! We greatly appreciate every one of you!

This restaurant is not about fast food, it is about good food cooked to order. Everything is made from scratch, not frozen and brought to your table piping hot and guaranteed to please your palate!! The dipping sauce for the hush puppies (remoulade) is outstanding!! The chicken tender basket is a family favorite along with all of the burgers. You will not find an item on their menu that you will not love.

Everything I have tried so far is great!! The chicken strips are huge with tons of flavor. The onion rings are my favorite side on the menu. The chicken gumbo tastes amazing, the bowl was big enough for me to have 2 meals. I'm not a fan of fish but the blackened catfish Pontchartrain is absolutely amazing! The food is cooked to order so if you're looking for fast food times your out of luck, just sit back and relax it is worth it! The owner and staff are super friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

Amazing! Well done... the food quality, sauces, spice, portions.. very well done.. something hard to find sometimes in smaller towns. But hands down, some of the best Gumbo I've had in a while, blackened catfish and shrimp Pontchartrain was really well done. I highly recommend!

A friend told me to try this place. First time I had the roast beef po boy. Delicious! Today I tried the "don't judge me" burger. Skeptical at first, but delicious. A bacon burger with peanut butter and home made blackberry jam. Never thought, heard, or have seen this before. If you feel for something different, give it a try.
