Don't know what was going on that night my server was Marcus he was exceptional even though he had 6 tables sat back to back we waited for 20 minutes before we got our drinks but it wasn't his fault this man deserves a raise he handles pressure very well
My Servers name was Zach. He was absolutely Amazing. I was having just one of them day's and came for my favorite comfort desert ( chocolate molten lava cake). The table I was given first was one by the bar. It was uncomfortable there because I just wanted to eat my desert in peace. My server introduced himself and I asked if I could move to a booth. He moved me I enjoyed stuffing my face in private. I went to pay and low and behold my bill was comped. I was so happy/embarrassed/confused/excited. I'm pretty sure he was the one that paid for my desert and I will forever be grateful. Kindness can go a long way.
I went in for ribs a little but after the normal lunch hour, but they had a rush on ribs and were out. Anastasia, the General Manager, personally apologized and made the rest of my dining experience very pleasant. I ended up getting a sirloin with double broccoli, which was probably a better keto choice. This is a well run restaurant.
