Arepitas

Fantastic little place that serves fresh, tasteful Argentinian food. You order at the counter and, if dining in, find a seat at one of the dozen tables. In no time, friendly staff brings your order to the table. Ground maize bread stuffed with the freshest of ingredients. Delicious. Arepitas are the specialty here but really, everything they do is very good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and cheerful. All manner of non-alcoholic beverages are served. Their specialty is freshly made juices. If you want beer or wine with your meal, you will only have to walk a few shops away to a liquor store. BYOB is the method at this place but that’s ok. Food experience more than compensates for the lack of alcohol. Portions are fairly large and priced very reasonably. Overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious! My family and I had 4 different dishes and each one was had it's own flavor. We got to sample each one and agreed that there's no favorite. They're all equally delicious! It's way too hard to decide. Now, as for the service, that to was such a pleasant experience. Amazing customer service! The gentleman at the register whom takes the orders was very kind, polite, respectful, patient, and professional. The same goes for our server. He was no different...amazing food service! Arepitas is our new favorite place to eat. We personally think it's best restaurant in Killeen! Thanks Arepitas for a great experience, we'll be back again, again, and again....

The food is always amazing. Mario is always pleasant to us when we order with him. The owners are kind & generous as well. Well worth the money. No complaints here!

Awesome food... extremely tasty. Bring a good healthy appetite, one definitely get ones money worth. Portion size on the appetizers is great. Food is piping hot . Make sure to time it right when visiting this location. You might have to wait to find a seat but it is WELL WORTH the wait

Terrific food here. A small restaurant with big tastes. The service is fast, friendly, and very attentive (especially for 1st timers). The Venezuelan cuisine here is very unique. It's a bit like a mix of coastal Mexican and Caribbean with Venezuelan style and taste. Great flavor, I'll be back again to try more.
