I was very impressed with my visit today. Lakeyla was super super nice! I was having a difficult day thus far and she made it better. I only order the fiesta taco salad due to my gluten free diet. I've received it in varied conditions in the past. Luckily that doesn't matter as it's eaten all together anyway, but today mine was so well put together I almost didn't want to mess it up to take a bite! Lol. It looked like the picture. Whoever made it did an awesome job!
I don't get fast food very often so usually it's Taco Bel. This one has impressed me lately.

If I could have my way I would eat at HARKER HEIGHTS, TEXAS TACO BELL every day of the week. Harker Heights, Texas Taco Bell has excellent, friendly and knowledgeable employees. The food 95% of the time is excellent. 95% of the time my order is correct. There has been on a very rare basis a hair in my food or one food items I ordered was missing.
Great customer service. Very clean restrooms and dining area. Clean exterior.
Think they were training a new kid so it was a little slow but my order was correct and the kid was friendly at the window. Ladies taking orders seemed happy as well. I'll wait for good service :)
The food is actually pretty good. The service needs to be improved. A worker and a supervisor were actually arguing while customers were waiting to get our food. Poor reflection of the management and staff relations at this specific location. Suggest more training to management and staff to focus on customer service not internal conflicts especially when customers are waiting for their food.
