(July 4, 2020, 5:19 pm)If I could give the store less than one star, I would. The staff was incredibly rude, including the General Manager. We left without donuts or a refund. There was an error in our order and she didn’t offer to correct it or research it in any manner. She said we don’t see it and nothing more. When I asked to have the contact information to corporate she said “I’ll give you my email and that is it” and laughed, saying she was done with this conversation and walked away. We will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I’ve been in customer service my entire life and treating customers the way they do in this store is unacceptable.
