Very friendly and accommodating cook, who may be willing to cook special requests not on the menu for you! This is definitely the place to go in Harker Heights for Thai curry. The green curry is different than most (different flavor and somewhat less spicy, but tasty). The only thing you may want to go elsewhere for is pad Thai (reported by family who also enjoy the Thai curries here), though I'm not sure you can find better anywhere nearby. Other items are too tasty to bother with pad Thai anyway :)
