Great customer service!! Even better BBQ!! Definitely hurry to get the egg rolls they were sold out:( but the Brisket Ramen is to die for!!

Damn these people don't play! Got the sausage and pork ribs. Sausage was smoky and juicy. Ribs were tender, juicy, smoky, and had a great char and sauce.

I travel throughout central Texas for work and I pretty much exclusively eat barbecue.

Highly recommend this place. Get here early for brisket. The owners are wonderful people and the prices are very reasonable - especially for the quality.

Amazing bbq and veteran owned business. They will no doubt make Texas Monthly Top 50, so if you want to try it out before the long lines I suggest you hurry up and try this place out. I have tried almost every famous BBQ place in Texas and their ribs, beans, and brisket are all better than the rest.

Rossler's Blue Cord Barbeque did an event with Fire Base Brewing Co for Valentine's Day and it was awesome! The drinks from Fire Base were so good and the food from Rossler's was amazing. I'm already craving their food and can't wait to get it again. Definitely recommend!
