Oh gosh! So many great things to say about this place! The food is phenomenal, customer service is on point, and the place is clean. My friend and I went there yesterday for lunch and I'm usually hesitant on visiting restaurants in Central Texas who claim to have Cajun cuisine "just like New Orleans" because it normally ends in disappointment especially considering that's where my folks are from and I can taste the authenticity. But this establishment aims to please hunny! Chef Kim works magic on that fish, shrimp and red beans. The seafood is so good that you don't even need a lick of hot sauce. Plus they give u a large amount 4 ya money! I can't wait to go back and try some of their crawfish and shrimp po boys! Needless to say, I went to bed happy last night. The only downside is having to travel all the way across town to the hood to get get to them, but other than that Mardi Gras Café is the place you wanna be. Oh and much thanks to the waitress Patricia, she was such a sweetheart!
