Good customer service, let’s just hope it holds up lol. Update....went there last night and ordered chicken bacon Swiss and all I got was a small chicken sandwich with no bacon and no Swiss.

So, I visited this location at 9:59 pm and had the pleasure of being helped by a kind woman named Adrian. She was super patient with me as I couldn't see the menu. I asked if the lobby was open and she was even willing to allow me to place my order inside; even though it was one minute until the lobby closed. It is rare in my experience to visit a fast food place and have someone not treat me as just a number. Adrian made sure my food was fresh. She even asked me about something pertaining to my order that I didn't even think to ask her about. In customer service industries I learned the customer is usually right. Well in this situation, I think Adrian should be recognized for her demeanor and service quality. Maybe even a raise.... =) The crew that was staffed tonight was also appreciated, my Reuben was definitely on point.
