    I'd give it 3 1/2 stars, if the chicken's freshly deep fried. I like the "cheese bombers" too but they left the last batch sitting in the fry basket. Better chicken than any Killeen Popeye's or KFC.

    Always a great place to eat... Hot chicken great tasting biscuits.. The fried pies with drizzle... Bring the family & Enjoy...

    The one on Veterans is the BEST!!! They are a little confused on ordering but the products, personality and attitudes of the staff are WAY BETTER than other locations in Bell County. No wonder they stay so busy!!! ????

    Their food is excellently done.
    The customer service is not lacking in any way.
    Unfortunately, the dining area is desperately in need of maintenance.

    So, loss of one star for interior appearance and loss of one star for the lack of maintenance.

    It feels like the franchise owner is happy as long as the restaurant is even marginally profitable.
