Came in for a tasting on Sunday and wasn’t disappointed. James was super accommodating and willing to work with us for our wedding day next year. The turkey and sausage (my two favorite things) were to die for and my fiancé loved the brisket and ribs. We fought over the green chile mac & cheese leftovers and immediately added it to our wedding menu. Definitely worth the drive and I can’t wait to chow down on our wedding day.
I was welcomed in as soon as I walked in. I instantly felt welcomed. The owner (James) was cooking and preparing meals, which I thought was awesome. Don’t see that often. He was very personable and seemed very passionate about providing the best quality of food. The place had a very down to earth, relaxing vibe to it. I felt at home. The wording of the menu was really fun.
The customer service was excellent, and the food was super tasty! I had the pulled pork spud, smoked Mac and cheese, and sweet tea. Both were really good sized portions. I’m very excited to go back to try the brisket and peach cobbler! I recommend this place, for sure.
Amazing smells greeted me first. Then the food lit up my palette like a Christmas tree. Such nuance in flavor. My word. Treat yourself.
This will be our new go to for BBQ. AMAZING food and the owner, James, is a great guy! The food was so good, our picky 15 year old who never finishes her food ate every bite of her Mac bowl which was a good serving! The staff is very friendly. Please support small business owners and try this place!! It is worth the drive and money!
