    I don't do restaurant reviews anymore but let me tell you about this here place. I don't have strong enough words to sing the praises of this place compared to any of the other barbecue places in a 200 mile radius.

    Furthermore, make sure you check then out for catering, the prices can't be beat either.

    Don't get me wrong, it was not over or undercooked, it just wasn't stellar. A bit dry (for the brisket, turkey was decent) seems like hardly any rub was used. Mac n cheese was the quick n cheap stuff. Overall mediocre, but not bad either. It's not the kind of barbeque that will make you do a happy dance the second the brisket hits your tongue.

    They are only open Friday evening and weekends right now but it's worth the wait if your craving great BBQ.

    Great place for BBQ but every Sunday they serve Schnitzel with your choice of fries and cucumber salad. Restaurant is always clean, staff is friendly and attentive, and food is served hot.

    If Texas had a flavor, Big Hoss' Jalepeno Saddles would be it. Portions are generous and the bbq is tender. Potato salad and Mac was on point. Will definitely make this a regular spot for us. Everything was big flavor and so good.
