Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and our server was nice. The issues that we faced wasnt that big of a deal to me, but they gave me a sirloin rather than a New York strip. It was still a good steak and they fixed it on the bill to accommodate for the loss of quality of cut. I still love roadhouse and will continue to go back.
This place is great. Sometimes there can be a wait but it's well worth it. The steaks are awesome, as is the rest of the food and the service. Never been disappointed and have never had to leave less than 5 stars. Maybe it's because I get the same thing everytime...but hey...I stick with what I know.
Service was good. Staff was friendly. Steak was exceptionally tender and flavorful. We all enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was happy with their food. I have 4 kids and there were no complaints. We'r will definitely be back the next time we are in town. I highly recommend this place.
Came here for a lunch on Friday. It was busy but we got seated right away.
Service was really good our server Dallas was really nice. He made sure that we were well taken care off.
I ordered grilled shrimp with steak fries and vegetables. It was very delicious but rice tasted extra salty not in an offensive way but it was salty for me.
Everything was great, environment, food and staff. Really enjoyed the time and lunch at this place.
Ordered a medium rare ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans and a house salad.
Salad was good but ice cold as it was prepared earlier and stored in a fridge until ordered. The steak came out cooked pretty close to medium rare but lots of gristle and fat. The mashed potatoes were slightly cool and the green beans were lukewarm.
Needless to say it was not a great dining experience.
Atmosphere was good and my waitress was great.
This place needs to check their food inventory for quality.
I will continue buying prime cuts of beef from HEB and cook my own steak. I am done spending money on food that is barely eatable.
